We Do Not Sell Sleep. We Restore Vigil.

Ancient Wisdom, Modern Breath

A middle-aged woman with gray hair and blue eyes sitting at a wooden table, smiling gently, with her hand resting under her chin, in a cozy home office or living room setting with a laptop, a mug, and a notepad in front of her. In the background, there are shelves with framed pictures, a plant, a candle, and some art or photos.

Vigil’s Peace Keeper

Sleep Coaching Rooted in Ancient Wisdom. Designed for Modern Burnout.

In a world that rewards constant productivity and leaves millions struggling with poor sleep, chronic fatigue, and burnout, Vigil offers a different path.

Our online sleep coaching combines practical sleep science with the enduring wisdom of anicent ways, helping people restore healthy sleep naturally rather than simply managing exhaustion. We believe genuine rest is not something that can be forced. Sleep is a gift when the right conditions are restored.

Inspired by the quiet habits of the Desert Fathers and shaped by an Orthodox Christian understanding of the human person, we see sleep more than a biological function.

Our coaching is designed for those living with insomnia, burnout, stress-related sleep disruption, racing thoughts, and persistent fatigue. Through practical guidance, personalised coaching, and timeless principles of restorative living, we help rebuild the habits and rhythms that allow deep, restorative sleep to return.

Vigil exists for those who are tired of being tired, for those who know there must be a better way than simply surviving each day.

Because sleep should not end in collapse it should begin in restoration.

I have always held the door open for the ancient ways. I see a people hurtling forward into a world that never sleeps, and I know: we were not designed for this velocity. Older rhythms, longer-tested, deeper-rooted that has always been my jam.

I was not interested in sleep. Not at first. Then a friend in burnout recovery could not sleep. That had my attention. I began to research: how did the ancients sleep? What diaries did they keep about evening ritual? What did they know about slow living and analog sleep that we have forgotten?

Evolutionary scientists had helpful insights on cognitive reset and the standard digital detox, but I wanted a deeper answer. Because sleep, I believe, is not merely a mechanism. It is a gift. When we can develop habits that keep us peaceful and slow us down to prioritise well, as a human, sleep comes.

I found my calling. Not just in sleep. But in the art of rest, a salutogenic method, orthodox in frame and unconventional by nature. I believe with all my heart a rest economy is rising for our modern world. An intentional mindfulness for creating peace in life is not my invention. It is my discovery. The door was already there. I simply help to hold it open.
